1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TraderCouncil (https://tradercouncil.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Educational & Decision-Support Purpose Only (No Financial Advice)
TraderCouncil provides automated AI-assisted chart analysis, technical structure visualization, and risk calculation tools strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on TraderCouncil constitutes financial, investment, legal, or brokerage advice. Trading financial instruments (Forex, Commodities, Crypto, Indices, Stocks) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
3. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
You may sign in using Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Credits, Subscriptions & Fair Use
Analysis credits are consumed only when a complete multi-agent chart analysis finishes successfully. Cancelled or interrupted analyses do not deduct credits.
